By accessing or using Omni Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Omni Agent is an AI agent orchestration platform that allows users to create, manage, and automate tasks using artificial intelligence models. The Service includes web, desktop, and mobile interfaces, as well as API access.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, distribute, or store harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence against Omni Agent

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and perform tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Omni Agent and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our open-source code is available under the MIT license at our GitHub repository.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for new subscriptions only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
